New to the 2021 event, the first annual KCBS BBQ contest will be held in conjunction with the Greeley Blues Jam outside of the arena. Spectators are welcome to check out the competitive pit masters at no additional charge and see how the pros do BBQ with 35 teams coming from across the country. Samples of the BBQ will not be available. The pit masters are cooking for the judges and a chance to win $10,000.

The 2021 GBJ will be a modified event with one main stage this year. At this time, masks will not be required for the outdoor event but are recommended for high traffic areas. Vendors will also be located outside of the arena to leave more room for social distancing. We will continue to work with state and local government to stay up to date on all outdoor guidelines and adjust our event policies accordingly to have a safe event for the community.
